These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by WJL LAWNCARE AND SNOW REMOVAL, LLC ("WJL," "we," "us") at wjllaw.shop. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms concern the website only — service work is governed by written scopes signed at the office.
This site is an informational shift board of the services offered by WJL LAWNCARE AND SNOW REMOVAL, LLC: pest control, janitorial, grounds & tree care, fabric cleaning and exterior services across all four seasons. It exists so property owners and managers can learn our scope and reach the office.
Posted exclusions apply: pest scopes exclude agricultural, forestry and crop work (W-03, W-06, W-69); turf installation excludes artificial turf (W-68); exterior cleaning excludes sandblasting and window cleaning (W-83, W-88); landscape scopes exclude construction and planning (W-37, W-39); line-clearance tree work is limited to trimming near overhead lines (W-61). Seasonal snow plowing combined with landscaping (W-55/W-58) and standalone driveway plowing (W-99) are separate scopes and are not interchangeable without a written change.

Submitting the booking form or emailing us opens a conversation — nothing more. Do not treat a sent form as a scheduled visit, and do not include access codes or payment data. Until a written scope is agreed, no crew is dispatched and no duty to perform exists.
We work to keep the board accurate, but make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free. Service availability, crews, scheduling and pricing may change; the written scope controls in every case.
Site design, text, graphics and the "Season Dial" concept belong to WJL LAWNCARE AND SNOW REMOVAL, LLC and its developer, WJL LAWN. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services; other reproduction requires written permission.
