The yard

Plows in winter.
Mowers the rest.

WJL LAWNCARE AND SNOW REMOVAL, LLC treats every property like a stop on the shift board: it rolls when the scope is agreed in writing, and it closes when the walk-through is signed. One hundred and two stops across five shifts — pest, janitorial, grounds, fabric and exterior — all under one yard rule: no crew rolls on a handshake.

We dispatch from 6871 Reid Dr, Cleveland, Ohio 44130. This website describes our shift board of services — it is not a service agreement, not a work order, and not an invoice. Engagements, scheduling and pricing are set in written scope at the office.

Scope before the crew rolls

No stop runs until the written scope is agreed: what's done, how often, and what's excluded. The board describes our work — the agreement is what dispatches the truck.

Chemicals by the label

Fertilizers, herbicides and pest treatments follow product labels and applicable rules — never improvised, never implied by a website page.

Seasonal scopes don't swap

Snow plowing combined with landscaping (W-55/W-58) and standalone driveway plowing (W-99) are different scopes — we don't interchange them without a written change.

Asked at the gate

Before the truck rolls.

Is this website a service agreement?
No. The shift board lists our scope of work only. Service terms, schedules and pricing are set in a written scope signed by both parties — never from this page.
Does the site take bookings or payments?
It starts the conversation only. Scheduling happens in writing at the office, and this website accepts no payments of any kind.
Which scopes are excluded?
Posted exclusions apply: pest work excludes agricultural/forestry and crop fumigating (W-03, W-06); hydroseeding excludes crop work (W-69); turf installation excludes artificial turf (W-68); exterior cleaning excludes sandblasting and window cleaning (W-83, W-88); landscape scopes exclude construction and planning (W-37, W-39); overhead-line trimming is limited to line clearance work (W-61).
What's the difference between W-58 and W-99?
W-58 is snow plowing combined with landscaping — a seasonal maintenance scope. W-99 is standalone plowing of driveways and parking lots. They are not interchangeable without a written scope change.
Do crews need access codes?
Gate codes and access instructions are exchanged by phone with the office — never send them through the website form or ordinary email.
How do I book a stop?
Send the stop number through the contact page or to info.ines.duarte@wjllaw.shop with the property address and which shift you need.
